‘Dough Disco' is a fun activity which combines the use of play dough with a series of hand and finger exercises designed to improve fine muscle control. The movements develop children's fine and gross motor dexterity, hand-eye coordination and self-esteem.

Children love play dough and it is good for developing their finger muscles. Ensure your child doesn’t eat it though due to the amount of salt it contains. You can use pastry or bread dough instead if your child tries to eat the play dough.

Some of the activities we enjoyed last week - Diddy dribblers, trip to Oddies to buy some bread, dinosaur small world, conker rolling and collecting crabapples and herbs to make ‘soup’ in the mud kitchen at gardening club!

Another great session at Diddy dribblers this morning. The focus was on PD with Literacy and children were provided with a Pirate story theme to follow throughout the session.
