Year 4 have just been completing the water safety certificate in their swimming lessons and all classes received a water safety lesson before we finished for half term.

Year 4 led our worship this morning all about John Wesley and Aldersgate Day. Thank you Year 4. All the children in school today are learning more about John Wesley - the founder of Methodism. He challenges us all to "do all the good you can". What will you do today?

Well done to our wonderful choir and musicians who entertained guests at our concert last night. You are all so talented. A huge thank you to everyone who bought tickets. The money raised will go to the Edukid charity to pay for schooling for Boniface and Esther in Uganda.

Today we officially opened our Reflection Garden in memory of some very special people - Mr Parker, Paul Brassington, Roy Thornborrow and Dawn MacFadyen. The pupils and staff are looking forward to having a quiet, reflective outside space where they can escape from the busyness of everyday life. A huge thank you to the working party who have done a brilliant job of turning this vision into reality helped by local businesses, Heidelberg and North Valley Forge who have kindly donated materials and constructed our beautiful bench.
