Our brand-new HIVE space welcomed Six Connections for their first of a series of impactful CPD sessions with our apprentices🌱

The multi award-winning organisation is on a mission to drive culture change around mental health. Our sessions are running to ensure every curriculum area has access to this vital content.

It is a brilliant example of The Themis Way in action: pairing technical excellence with genuine support for every apprentice.

Thrive 4.0 was a huge success!

Back Burnley's Future: A NEET Reduction Summit brought together education providers, training providers, local authorities and employers to tackle a shared challenge: reducing the number of young people not in education, employment or training.

Across the morning, partners worked side by side to map the current support offer, identify gaps and agree a practical 90-day action plan. The result is a stronger, more connected local network ready to help young people find their path to thriving.

Key outcomes from the day include:

A shared understanding of the local NEET position
A draft map of existing support across education, training and employment
A clear gap analysis highlighting where provision needs strengthening
A 90-day action plan with named leads and next steps
Renewed partnership commitment across the local skills system
Thank you to everyone who gave their time and expertise to make this summit a success. Together, we are turning insight into action.
