Jemma was at Padiham Community Hall today, chatting to people about Carefit and sharing more about what we do! 🏋️‍♀️✨

It was lovely to meet people, spread the word about Carefit and showcase how we support people to stay active, improve their wellbeing and feel their best. 💪🏽💛

Meet Brian 💙
Brian has dementia and has been coming to Carefit for 1-1 sessions. Our focus is on building his confidence, improving his balance and strengthening his legs, with plenty of encouragement along the way. 💪🏽
