If you would like to request a ticket, please call or email the office. Tickets will be allocated on a first come, first served basis.

🌧️ The weather may have kept us indoors today, but it didn’t stop creativity at Gardening Club!

Instead of being outside, we stayed inside and had a lovely time painting plant pots together 🎨 Lots of colour, creativity, and plenty of laughs along the way.

Sometimes a rainy day just means finding a different way to enjoy gardening! 😊

🎯What a brilliant evening we have had at darts! 🎯 The children did really well and represent the school amazingly! 😀 which was noticed by another teacher from another school who praised them on their politeness and how sensible they have been! 😁 keep it up boys! It was a pleasure to hear and watch ❤️

Pricing:
• 3:30–4:30pm: £4
• 3:30–5:30pm: £8
You can choose 1 hour or 2 hours, depending on what works best for your schedule.

World War Two in history. This afternoon we learned about rationing. The children were all given a ration book and were challenged with trying to plan a party. They had to come up with a shopping list, then go to the grocer who had to collect their coupons and points before giving them the their rationed goods. We also got the library books out and enjoyed sharing them.

British Science Week 🧫
We always celebrate science at St Mary’s and this week is no different. We are always experimenting and this week we were investigating materials that conduct electricity. The children made super predictions and worked collaboratively to collect some great results.

🐰 Sponsored Bunny Hop & Playground Circuit – Supporting Pendleside Hospice 🐰

We hope you are all well.

Yesterday the children brought home information about our upcoming Sponsored Bunny Hop and Playground Circuit, which will be raising funds for Pendleside Hospice. 💛

The event will take place during the school day on Wednesday 25th March, and the children are already very excited to take part!

If your child collects any sponsorship money, please could it be returned to school by Friday 27th March.

As always, your support is greatly appreciated. Thank you for helping us support such a wonderful cause. 🌟

Pendle Girls Netball 🏐

Please see the attached posters for details about Pendle Girls Netball Club, starting on Thursday 16th April.

The club is also looking for female helpers/volunteers, so if you have some spare time and would like to get involved, they would love to hear from you!

In our OPAL area this week the children have built their own school with their very own classroom and canteen! They have had lots of role play fun pretending to be the teachers from school. 😂😁

We have made time to read more this morning. The Juniors have loved getting cosy with their blankets and pillows to sit and read in a magical library ✨
