To thank them for going above and beyond, we decided it was only right to call for some sweet and cold treats today!

Nothing beats seeing our staff taking a few minutes to recharge, share a laugh, and enjoy a well-earned ice cream and cooling break.🍨

With the heat wave in full swing, we took our tea time spread outside! It's such a fun, relaxed way to keep everyone fed and hydrated in the sun.

🐾 A Wild Afternoon at Oaklands! 🐾

We had the best time when the team from Home Safari brought their amazing creatures to visit us at Oaklands. It was a truly hands-on sensory experience that everyone absolutely loved! 🌿✨

From the softest fur to the most interesting scales, we got to hold and stroke so many different friends, including:
🦨 Skunks (don’t worry, they were very sweet!)
🦜 Cockatoos with their beautiful feathers
🐛 Centipedes for a real leggy encounter!

There’s something so special about connecting with nature like this—the smiles on everyone's faces said it all. A huge thank you to the team for such a memorable day.
