Join WorkWell for our Macmillan Coffee Morning as we raise funds for Macmillan Cancer Support. Many of us have seen the impact cancer can have on the lives of family members, friends, colleagues, or loved ones. By supporting this Coffee Morning, we're helping Macmillan continue providing invaluable care, guidance and support when it's needed most. 💚

As an Employment Advisor, you'll support people in structured treatment for drug and/or alcohol use to find and sustain paid employment that matches their goals and aspirations.

Using the Individual Placement and Support (IPS) approach, you'll work one-to-one with individuals, helping them identify strengths, explore opportunities and move towards employment. You'll also build relationships with employers, helping create opportunities and supporting people once they're in work.

We're looking for someone who can build trust, motivate others and work confidently with both employers and partner organisations.
