Juniors: Wednesday 7pm - 8pm and Sunday 10am - 11am
Adults: Wednesday 8pm - 9pm and Sundays 11am - 12 midday.

A reminder that due to England being in the Semi-final of the world Cup this Wednesday evening there will be no training.
Training will resume as normal thereafter.
