Writing has always been my comfort space.

Give me time to choose my words, rearrange a sentence and decide whether I have actually said what I intended to say, and I am very happy. Ask me to open my mouth and speak, and I can turn to jelly.

So, naturally, I have decided to start a podcast.

Coming Home to Her begins today beneath the New Moon in Virgo, a Moon I associate with daily devotion, meaningful rituals and practical, intentional living. Beginning this podcast is one practical way of giving my voice, and the work of Sacred Reclamation, a little more room in the world.

Each week, I will be talking, rambling, reflecting and musing on what it means to care, work, create and be there for the people you love without disappearing from your own life. There will also be guests from time to time and some astrology each month.

I hope you will join me. The podcast page is in the first comment, ready for the listening links as they become available.

There are parts of yourself you can rediscover alone.

A quiet morning with your journal can reveal what has been waiting beneath the noise. A walk can give a thought enough room to finish itself. A few uninterrupted minutes can bring you back into conversation with your own inner life.

Yet there are also things that become possible when you enter a circle of women.

An experience you have carried privately can feel different once it has been spoken aloud and received without judgement. Another woman may name something that opens a door within you. Sometimes the gift is not advice or an answer. It is the experience of being witnessed.

My latest blog explores why this kind of becoming can be so powerful when it is shared and why I created the Sacred Reclamation Gatherings. It also introduces the first Gathering, The Woman You Were Before, taking place in Somerset on Saturday 10 October.

The £55 early booking price for the Gathering is available until Saturday 12 September.

What does sacred self-care look like to you at the moment?

Not the polished version. Not the list of practices you believe you ought to maintain. The real version that helps you remain present within the life you are actually living.

For me, it can be journalling, meditation, cacao or spending time with the astrology of the day. It can also be embroidery, choosing to finish work earlier, going for a slow walk or creating a little more space around everything I carry.

Sacred self-care does not have to look the same every day or the same for every woman. What nourishes you in one season may not be what you need in another.

I would love to know: what does sacred self-care look like for you right now?

As the Moon darkens in Leo, the invitation is not necessarily to become brighter, louder or more visible.

It may be to turn inwards and listen for the part of you that has become quieter.

Perhaps it is your creativity, warmth or playfulness. Perhaps it is a desire you have given too little room, a truth you have been editing or a way of expressing yourself that once felt completely natural.

You do not need to decide what to do with the answer yet. The Dark Moon offers space for recognition before a new cycle begins.

Take this question to your journal today:

What part of yourself is asking to be welcomed back into the light?

Let yourself write without trying to turn what emerges into a plan. For now, listening is enough.

How would it feel to know there was somewhere waiting for you each day?

Somewhere that invited you to pause, listen and notice your own needs before they disappeared beneath everything else requiring your attention.

This is the experience I want The Sacred Sanctuary to offer.

Throughout September, we are exploring Daily Devotion and Sacred Self-Care. The themed workbook gives you a meaningful question, affirmation and place to return to each day, helping self-care become part of the life you are already living rather than another intention that is easily lost.

The members-only Dark Moon Sister Circle gives you an opportunity to explore the theme in the company of other women. The Sacred Integration Gathering helps you recognise what you want to carry into everyday life. The private community means that the conversation and connection can continue throughout the month.

You do not have to explore everything alone or create the structure entirely for yourself. There is a rhythm waiting to support you.

For up to ten new members, your first month is £15 with the code SEPTEMBER50. Membership then returns to £30 a month.

Devotion has been on my mind a great deal as September begins.

We often recognise devotion in the love and attention we give to other people, to our work, our spiritual path, our homes or the things that matter deeply to us. We tend them. We return to them. We make space for them within our lives.

But what happens when some of that devotion is turned towards yourself?

For me, devotion is not about creating a perfect morning routine or proving how committed you are to a spiritual practice. It is love given form. It can be lighting a candle because it marks a conscious return to yourself. Preparing food because your body deserves to be fed. Resting because your life is worthy of care, not because you have finally done enough to earn it.

This is the conversation I am carrying into September.

Inside The Sacred Sanctuary, our new monthly theme is Reclaiming Your Devotion: Sacred Self-Care as a Way of Life. Throughout the month we will be exploring what it means to include yourself within the care, loyalty and attention you already give so generously elsewhere.

For September, I have opened ten places at £15 instead of the usual £30, with no commitment to continue beyond the month.

Your membership includes the complete September workbook and journal, the private Sanctuary community, guided meditations, the Dark Moon Sister Circle and our Sacred Integration Circle.

There is nothing to keep up with. You can move through the month in the way that supports you.

Perhaps September can begin with one question:
What would devotion to yourself look like in the life you are actually living?

If you feel called to spend September with us, visit The Sacred Sanctuary and use SEPTEMBER50 at checkout.

Decided to take some soul-nourishing time out for me today and visited 2 of my favourite places. Chalice Well Gardens and the Goddess Temple in Glastonbury.

I received the most beautiful blessing in the Temple, for which I am truly grateful.

There were a few words that kept coming through today: dedication, devotion, reverence and gratitude.

I did not have anything to offer Goddess today, just me, and I knew that was enough. That was all she was asking for.

Taking time out for sacred self-care is one of the most honouring things you can do for yourself.

Blessings

This evening I am holding a gentle online Sister Circle to honour Imbolc and the Full Moon in Leo, and I would love for you to join me if you feel called.

Imbolc marks the quiet returning of the light, a sacred threshold where hope stirs beneath the surface. The Full Moon in Leo brings illumination, courage, and a remembering of your inner flame.

We will gather in sacred space at 7.30pm this evening for meditation, reflective journaling, optional sharing, and oracle card wisdom. There is no pressure to speak, only an invitation to arrive exactly as you are.

✨ Imbolc Sister Circle
✨ Online, 7.30pm this evening
✨ Meditation, journaling, sharing, oracle guidance
✨ Investment £10, or free for members of The Sacred Sanctuary

All details can be found under the Events section on my website. You are also very welcome to message me directly if you would like the link.

If your soul is craving pause, connection, and gentle nourishment, this circle is here for you.

With love and blessings,
Beth

Imbolc Sister Circle – Sacred Clarity at the Threshold

Imbolc is often spoken of as a time of new beginnings, but in truth, it is a moment of clarity, not creation.

It is the point in the year where the light has not yet fully returned, yet something within you knows that winter is shifting. You may not have answers. You may not have energy. You may not even have words for what feels different. But you sense it.

This is the kind of clarity Imbolc offers.
Not certainty.
Not pressure.
But recognition.

Many women arrive at this point feeling foggy, emotionally tender, or quietly restless. You may feel the urge to change something, without knowing what. Or a sense that something is complete, even if you are not ready to release it yet. This is not confusion. This is discernment forming.

On Sunday 1 February at 7.30pm, I am holding an online Imbolc Sister Circle, a gentle, grounded space to honour this threshold and allow clarity to arise naturally.

During our time together, you will be guided through a soft meditation to settle the nervous system and quiet the mental noise. There will be reflective journaling prompts to help you listen inwardly, not for answers you must act on, but for truths you are ready to acknowledge. There will be space for sharing if you wish, and I will offer an intuitive oracle card pull to support insight and reassurance.

This circle is not about self-improvement or striving towards an outcome. It is about creating enough stillness to recognise what is already true and ready to be acknowledged.

The investment is £10, or free for members of The Sacred Sanctuary.

If you feel drawn to a quieter kind of clarity, one that meets you where you are rather than asking you to become someone else, you would be very welcome to join us.

You can find full details on my website under ‘Events’, or you are welcome to message me for the link or to ask anything before deciding.

Affirmation: ‘I allow clarity to arise gently, in its own time, and I trust what I begin to sense’.

With love, Beth

Mental clarity, emotional honesty, and gentle truth

Sometimes clarity does not arrive as an answer.
It arrives as discomfort.

A thought you cannot ignore.
A feeling that keeps returning.
A quiet inner no that grows louder the more you override it.

Mental clarity is not about certainty. It is about honesty. The willingness to admit what is no longer working, even before you know what comes next.

If your mind feels busy or unsettled today, pause before trying to resolve it. Ask instead,
What truth am I circling around but not yet letting myself feel?

You do not need to act on it immediately. Awareness is the first layer of care.

Gentle practice:
Write one sentence in your journal that begins with,
If I were being completely honest with myself right now…

Then stop. Let that be enough for today.

Affirmation: I allow clarity to unfold through honesty, not pressure.

With love, Beth
