🌿 Could Wildflower Meadows be your next chapter? 🌿

If you're someone who believes in building relationships before outcomes, sees behaviour as communication, and wants to make a genuine difference in the lives of young people, we'd love to hear from you.

Working at Wildflower isn't about fitting young people into a system. It's about creating a place where they feel safe, accepted and that they truly belong.

We're currently recruiting for a number of exciting opportunities, and we'd love to hear from people who share our values and vision.

If your child is struggling to attend school, melting down after holding it together all day, or finding everyday demands overwhelming, it can feel incredibly lonely.

But your child’s distress is not a reflection of your parenting.
So many families are trying to navigate anxiety, EBSA, unmet needs, long waiting lists and systems that feel impossible to understand.

At Wildflower Meadows, we see you, and we understand how hard you are working to get your child the right support.

We will be at Thomley next weekend. If you are going, please stop by and say hello!!

Learning becomes much harder when a child’s nervous system is in survival mode.

Before children can engage, concentrate or take risks in their learning, they need to feel safe, understood and accepted.

Our approach at Wildflower Meadows is relationship-led, child-centred and focused on regulation, connection and confidence.

Because when children feel safe, they can begin to grow.

Come join us for our first ever parent and child interactive workshop!

Bring your child along to learn more about their sensory processing and how you can support their sensory regulation at home. Your child will have a chance to try different sensory equipment and activities with you while you learn why and when this support may be helpful.

The session will be run by Lyndsay Hart, who has worked for over 18 years as a children's occupational therapist so has years of lived experience supporting different sensory profiles.

The session will take place on Saturday 22nd August at 10am-12pm. We will have plenty of rest and play breaks and will provide refreshments to make our session as accessible and engaging as possible. We will have lots of time for any questions or individualised advice you would like, as well as time to network with families going through the same thing as you.

Book yours and your child's places here: https://www.eventbrite.co.uk/e/your-childs-sensory-world-an-interactive-workshop-for-parents-children-tickets-1993018122856?aff=oddtdtcreator

We believe the best outcomes happen when families, schools, professionals and local authorities work together around the child.

At Wildflower Meadows, we value joined-up communication and thoughtful, flexible planning.

We work alongside schools and professionals to support children who may need a calmer, more individualised environment.

We would love to connect with SENCOs, pastoral teams and local authority colleagues looking for relationship-led provision.

When a child is overwhelmed, they may not always cry, shout or run away.
Sometimes they go blank.
Sometimes they stop responding.
Sometimes they look like they are not listening.
But “nothing” can still be a nervous system response.
Gentle, low-pressure support can help children come back at their own pace.
