Miss King says goodbye

After 12 wonderful years at The Clere School, it is time for me to say goodbye.

It has been an absolute privilege to be part of such a supportive and inspiring school community. Throughout my time here, I have been incredibly proud of the thousands of students who have embraced PE lessons, stepped outside their comfort zones, represented the school with pride, and achieved success at district, county and even national level.

Some of my favourite memories have come from the countless trips, fixtures, tournaments and experiences we have shared together. Watching students grow in confidence, resilience and teamwork has been the most rewarding part of my role, and I hope those memories will stay with you for years to come.

My greatest hope is that I have inspired students to continue participating in sport and physical activity throughout their lives, recognising the positive impact it can have on both physical and mental wellbeing.

Thank you to all the students, families and colleagues who have made my time at The Clere School so special. I will always look back on my years here with great pride and fondness.

I wish you all every success and happiness for the future.
