BSL Link for Communication provides professional interpreting and training services for deaf and hearing people. The agency was set up by Stewart Bailey who is himself a profoundly Deaf BSL user and understands the importance for Deaf and hearing people, to have access to fully qualified sign language interpreters. All interpreters used by BSL Link for Communication are registered with the Nationa
l Register of Communication Professionals working with Deaf and Deafblind People (NRCPD). As such they are committed to the NRCPD’s Code of Conduct and Guidelines of Professional Practice. Training
BSL Link for Communication Ltd offers a range of courses leading to recognised and accredited qualifications, including;
• British Sign Language Level 1
• British Sign Language Level 2
• British Sign Language Level 3 and 6, to be announced shortly
• Deaf Awareness and Communication
• Level 6 Diploma in BSL studies
We also offer tailor made, non-accredited introduction courses in Sign Language and Deaf Awareness. Courses take place at 22 Sussex Road, Haywards Heath, West Sussex RH16 4EA.
