Way back in the days before Sheet Music Direct, if a student wanted to learn a song I would transcribe it.
In the days before Sibelius the whole thing was written out by hand except the staves and titles! This would have been done on my old Atari computer.

If we are to be spending more time at home there has never been a better time to learn an instrument. Last week I gave lessons for one of my schools via videolink. This works very well as long as you are organised.
And if you want to learn another instrument, I have dozens of friend looking at the same thing 😄🎤🎻🎷🎺🥁🎹
