🎉 Project Complete! 🎉
We are delighted to announce that FOSW has successfully completed our latest project – replacing the storage sheds used to keep our equipment safe and secure.
This project has not been without its challenges. With two Summer Fairs cancelled and the significant cost involved, fundraising was far more difficult than we had anticipated. However, thanks to the incredible support of our local community, we made it happen!
A huge thank you to Burgess Hill Town Council for their generous donation of £1,000, and to Burgess Hill District Lions Club for their fantastic donation of £1,500. Without your support, this project simply would not have been possible.
We would also like to extend our sincere thanks to AJD Scaffolding Solutions , who kindly sent one of their own team members, Dave, to assist with the build. Your help was invaluable and greatly appreciated.
An additional thanks to Matt Scrase from Scrase Security and Electrical Services who added his own support!!
This truly was a community effort, and we are so grateful to everyone who contributed, donated, volunteered, and supported us along the way.
To the parents who gave up their day to come and build the new unit, we appreciate you.
Having secure, weatherproof storage means we can continue to provide fun, affordable activities for our children and the wider community while raising funds to enrich their school experience for many years to come.
