JK Theatre Arts offers dynamic theatre training for young people aged 12 and up in Mid Sussex.

Through our inclusive practices and focus on social cohesion, we strive to ignite the imaginations of young performers. Our program nurtures artistic talents in acting and physical storytelling, while also equipping young creatives with essential interpersonal skills. By blending creativity with practical application, we help young people build confidence, communication, and collaboration, preparing them for both stage and life.

Such beautifully detailed performances from this bunch! Here are just a few candid snaps taken from side of stage!

Huge thank yous go to for their unwavering support throughout rehearsals, to the hard working team at and team led by the incomporable . We were also treated to a highly enjoyable workshop by director Lydia Scott Johnson.

The team were in exceptional hands and taken great care of.

The final thanks go to the brilliant company of young actors whom we have had the pleasure of working with over the last four months. Such acute, perceptive and curious actors. And of course to the super supporters of parents & guardians who believed in us and what could be achieved!

It's the Home Festival performance of YOU 2.0 for our acting company tomorrow.

Strangers Martha and Isaac find themselves forced into playing YOU 2.0, a new therapy video game designed to help players access their better selves. As they tackle the levels in two player mode, the pair form an unlikely friendship behind the anonymity of their gaming avatars, but their impact on each other’s lives goes much deeper than the game.

We here we go to Trinity Theatre to perform the play for the Partner Festival performance in April.
