✔ Ages 7–15
• Continuous sparring, no head contact
✔ Ages 16+
• Continuous sparring, controlled head contact allowed
✔ Point-stop sparring
• Head contact allowed for all ages (7+)

Our Sparring Championships are run under strict rules, fully supervised by trained instructors
✔ Full sparring kit required
✔ Clear age-appropriate rules
✔ Safety and control always come first
Full rules will be sent out to all competitors once registration is closed. Please feel free to ask your instructor for a copy if you’d like them sooner.
