There will be plenty to keep the children busy at the Family Fun Sessions, for families of children with SEND (special education needs and disabilities) on Monday 7th April! We will be joined by World of Wheels Club Sussex, Julie Alison McDonald Art will be leading a story time with Makaton Jenny , and there will be an inflatable assault course too. There’ll also be lots of crafts to have a go at!

The sessions will run at 12.30-2pm and 2.30-4pm, at The King's Church Mid-Sussex . It is free to attend but spaces must be booked in advance. The sessions are aimed at ages 3-18, with priority given to those living in Burgess Hill and the surrounding villages. Please note under 16’s must be accompanied by a parent or carer at all times. Anyone over 16 who is able to attend the event space without the need of parent or carer support may do so, but a responsible adult must remain onsite for the duration of the event. We are unfortunately unable to provide any individuals with independent support at the event.

Parent carers of children or adults with disabilities or additional needs are invited to the Kangaroos Information Roadshow on 16th October at The King’s Church, Burgess Hill. There will be a variety of stalls, including adult provisions, sibling support, short break providers, and advice on EHCPs, challenging behaviour, and DLA. Additionally, there will be a timetable of workshops available to book.
