****Please note - I have not heard back from the school about access. The contractors have stopped all access with the car park resurfacing works. Therefore there is a possibility there will be no judo again this evening - I will confirm this afternoon.
***We cannot access the school - as the construction company have blocked off all access - so really sorry - no judo tonight!!!
***IMPORTANT
The school car park is being resurfaced - so we have to park offsite and walk in - please walk around the perimeter of the ongoing works
To confirm there will be no Judo this Thursday (16th) - but Tuesday is on as normal
****Important - it is very likely we will have to cancel Thursdays Judo - I will be away for my daughters graduation - will confirm tomorrow (Monday) - Tuesday will be running as normal

Kent International today - always a hot one but today even more so! Three players in action Rory, Eppy and Maia. Rory in his first major comp outside the area, and a very well deserved silver medal. Today Eppy was so so close to taking the bronze against a much much taller player - so 5th place, and Maia bronze in an incredibly tough group. All three of them handled themselves, fought well, and have learnt a great deal. Rory listened and developed throughout his contests, Eppy was back with her ‘firecracker’ throwing and Maia has proved she can hold her own against some of the best - excellent day and proud coach as always 😊😊😊
Judo will be on tonight - as per Tuesday we will adapt - but bring plenty of fluids 😊
Judo sessions will be on as normal - we shall adapt accordingly, so less running around 🤪 but make sure you have plenty of fluids

Congratulations to Ethan who gained the last of his points for his 1st Dan (black belt) - a pleasure to be able to present it tonight after all his hard work, and of course big thanks to all his training partners and coaches, who have helped him in his judo journey. Well done mate!!! 😊😊😊
