🎬 GYM NOTICE: SATURDAY 3 OCTOBER

The gym will be closed to members from 14:00 this Saturday while filming takes place for THE BUTTERFLY, starring James Turner.

Saturday morning runs as normal:
🥊 Bag & Pad Blast, 08:00–09:00

Please don't drop in after 14:00. The crew need the space, and we appreciate you giving it to them. Normal service resumes Monday.
