Monday to Friday we run MMA, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, Muay Thai (in partnership with WAKT Thai Boxing , boxing, kickboxing and Absolute Fit for adults — plus age-banded Kids MMA from 5 years up.

Adults from £30 a month. Kids from £20 a month. Or drop in for £10 (adults) and £6 (kids) if you'drather not commit yet.

And your first session is free. Every class, adults and kids. Come and train, see how you find it, then decide.
