⏪ Throwback: Celebrating our Progression Pathways Graduates! ⏪

A couple of weeks ago, we celebrated our Progression Pathways learners at their graduation ceremony — and we're still buzzing from it! 🌱

What a fantastic send-off for a year of hard work, growth and achievement across Vocational Studies, Preparing for Employment, Supported Internship, Independence and Skills. From developing vocational skills to building the confidence and independence needed for the world of work, every single student should be so proud of how far they've come.

A huge well done to all our graduates — you should be incredibly proud of yourselves! 🏆✨

🛶 A brilliant end to the term for our Progression Skills learners!

Before breaking up for the holidays, our students headed down to the college lake for an afternoon of canoeing. Huge smiles, a few splashes, and lots of new skills learned along the way - teamwork, communication and building confidence out on the water.

It's been such a great way to round off the year, and just one example of the amazing experiences our learners get to be part of at Bicton College.

🌱 A massive well done to Jake and Skills Group C, who have raised an incredible £164.55 for the RNLI through the sale of plants from this March! 🚢💛

What a fantastic achievement — every penny goes towards saving lives at sea, and all funds raised will go directly to our Seaton, Beer and District Branch. We are so proud of you all! 🙌

🎱✨ What a fantastic day out for our Preparation for Employment students!

Last week they visited the incredible House of Marbles in Devon, where General Manager James gave them a brilliant behind-the-scenes tour of the whole operation.

From toy designers and glass blowers to warehouse teams — students got to see just how many different roles it takes to run one amazing business! 🏭🎨

The highlight? Watching the giant snooker ball run "Snooki" in action — the group were absolutely mesmerised! 😄

A huge thank you to James and the whole team for such a warm welcome and an unforgettable experience. Visits like this really bring career possibilities to life for our learners! 🙌
