At Different Steps CIC, learning is hands-on, meaningful, and built around each young person. Based at Manor Farm in North Marston, we support young people with EHCPs through practical experiences, small group learning, and personalised support.

A little de-weeding, a lot of teamwork 🪴

Our Supported Internship and Employability learners had a full list of tasks to complete when they started their work experience today at JRG Pet & Equestrian.
They got stuck into rejuvenating the shop front planters and looked amazing when they finished with new and fresh compost and plants.
Everyone returned to the farm this afternoon very proud of what they’d achieved.
