🎓 Academic Spotlight: Meet Dr Bethany Kelly, Director of Programmes and one of the lecturers shaping our Faculty of Education 👋
With over twenty years’ experience in the sector, and nearly all of it spent in leadership roles, Bethany brings a wealth of insight to both her teaching and her research. Her journey led her to a Master’s in Educational Leadership and later a doctorate exploring Leadership, Identity and Gender.
Alongside overseeing the department’s academic programmes, Bethany continues to write, speak and share her expertise across the UK and internationally, contributing to conversations that influence the future of education. Bethany is also the Trustee Member and Vice Chair of the Conference Committee of BELMAS (British Educational Leadership, Management and Administration Society).
