REMINDER: For those studying Regulation and Privatisation, there will be a seminar on Friday 27th February at 11.30am in MB1. It is very important for you guys to attend, especially for your essays!

Lynne Kiesling (Northwestern University, Dpt. of Economics) will be coming to the University to give a talk on the regulation of public utilities (electricity) in the US.
We are organising a lunchtime seminar on Friday the 27th of February at 11:30 hrs (MB1).
You may want to check her profile (below) and the content of her blog on questions related to oil, energy and the regulation of public utilities: http://knowledgeproblem.com/ .
She is an expert in this field and of course it would be very good to have you all attending the seminar. She will welcome your questions at the end of the event and you can use the information given in the talk in your essays (for those studying Regulation and Privatisation).
The seminar will be followed by a light lunch and refreshments.
Everyone is welcome, and remember there is a seminar tomorrow in AdRB1!

Centre for Russian, European and Eurasian Studies, University of Birmingham. The seminar is called, The Ukraine Conflict: a 'paradigm shift'?

The topic this year is :Europe and institutional pluralism. The keynote speakers will be Ning Wang and Deirdre McCloskey, and I think we will have some great papers.
