🎉 Help Us Make Buckingham Elementary’s Bingo Night a HUGE Success! 🎉

Buckingham Elementary is hosting a Bingo Night fundraiser on Tuesday, November 10th, and we’re looking for local businesses, families, and community members who would like to help make this a fun and memorable night for our students and families!

Admission to Bingo Night will be FREE, and families will purchase bingo cards at the event. We will also have food/snacks for sale! Our goal is to raise money for Buckingham Elementary to support student and staff activities, school needs, supplies, and experiences for our Knights! 💚💛

We are currently seeking donated prizes and monetary donations to purchase prizes.

Some of the things we are hoping to collect include:
🎁 Gift cards
🍕 Restaurant certificates
🎳 Free experiences — bowling, movies, etc.
🎟️ Tickets or passes
🎮 Toys, games, and electronics
🎨 Family activities and experiences
💇 Services or certificates
💰 Monetary donations to help us purchase prizes

⭐ DONATORS/CONTRIBUTORS
All local businesses, families, and community members who donate monetary funds, prizes, or contribute in anyway will be showcased on our thank you sign at the bingo event, in addition to this the top 5 contributors will receive a special shoutout on our school page!

If you'd rather shop for a prize than make a monetary donation, you are welcome to purchase an item directly from our wish list. We also are accepting Amazon gift cards. Every item purchased will help us stock our Prize Table with fun prizes for our Bingo Night.

The BCHS JROTC Raiders competed in the Carroll County, Best of the Best Qualifier, at the Carroll County High School, in Hillsville, Virginia, on Saturday, October 3, 2026. The BCHS Lady Raiders Team qualified for the Best of the Best Raider competition at this meet.

Our Lady Raiders made an impressive showing, defeating 9 all-male teams, 7 co-ed teams, and the female team in the rope bridge.

❤️🏆 BCHS FCCLA AT THE VIRGINIA STATE FAIR! 🏆❤️

On Thursday, our BCHS FCCLA members traveled to the Virginia State Fair to participate in FCCLA Day! Our students had the opportunity to put their creativity and FCCLA knowledge to work while competing in four different contests:

👕 Brand FCCLA Wear – Clothing
🏠 Brand FCCLA at Home

While our Knights didn’t bring home a Top 3 finish this year, we are incredibly proud of the hard work, creativity, and effort they put into preparing for and participating in these competitions! ❤️

Success isn’t always measured by a ribbon or a placing—it’s also about being willing to step outside your comfort zone, showcase your talents, and represent your school with pride. We are proud of our FCCLA members for doing just that!
