What a year it has been, competitions, gradings. Hope everyone has had a good Christmas and looking forward to the year ahead.

We shall be back training on 5th January.
If you fancy burning off those extra calories from the festive period or want to learn something different classes are as follows:
Mondays
Ages 5-9(beginners) start at 19:00 - 19:45
9-upwards start 20:00-21:00

Fridays
5-9(beginners) 18:30 - 19:15
9-upwards 19:30-20:30

Families are welcome to train together in junior class

First session is free.
