🎉 Join us as we celebrate the launch of the Moray Disability Sports Hub with a fun-filled and inclusive games event taking place TOMORROW!

Taekwondo isn't all about fighting if you would like to you can but it has many other benefits including helping with mental wellbeing & self esteem, improves core fitness & stamina, helps with flexibility & balance or just general fitness
It is also beneficial for all sporting athletes across a wide range of sports, especially for those looking to build up core and leg strength as well as good stamina.
But it is your journey at your pace
