Tai Chi for all ages and abilities

Hope everyone is well.
Needless to say covid put a end to all my live tai chi classes.... I can stand up in front.of 300 people but was never brave enough to do video, social media etc... well I ready to come out the covid closet and am back in business.....might take me a while to set up as North east Lincolnshire is a new area so need to build up my network again
If there is anyone in Lincolnshire or knows someone who is interested let me know

Happy new year everyone .... well what can I say I had my tai chi business for over 10 years but sadly it has not survived over the last year
First lockdown 2nd then 3rd
New career and first nursing job
House move to England

I am sorry I not quite brave enough to make a video but I will leave site live in case anyone wants to chat or .....there are 100,s of forms of tai chi online and 1000,s of youtube vids .... so give mindfulness and meditation ago it does help

Due to hall closures and current climate there will be no Tai Chi classes until further notice
