To the music legend Dolly Parton, we will miss you💕

Whether you loved Jolene, 9 to 5, Coat of Many Colors or I Will Always Love You, there’s no denying Dolly Parton’s place in music history. 🌟

Dolly earned 25 US country No. 1 singles and 47 Top 10 country albums, cementing her status as one of the most successful and beloved artists of all time.

Born in 1946 in the Great Smoky Mountains of Tennessee, Dolly grew up in a large, musical family and began performing and writing songs from a young age. Her big break came in the 1960s, and she soon became one of country music’s biggest stars. 🎶

Beyond music, Dolly built a successful film career and became widely recognised for her philanthropy, including the Dolly Parton Imagination Library, which provides books to children.

🎶 What do you really learn from music lessons?

Of course, you learn how to play an instrument. But along the way, you're also learning how to focus, practice, handle pressure, build discipline, overcome setbacks and keep going when something feels difficult.

You learn to perform when you're nervous, work with others, solve problems, express yourself. These are skills that don't disappear when the lesson ends. They're skills that can support you at school, at work, and throughout life.
Music education isn't just about creating musicians.

It's about helping people grow. ❤️
