A huge "Thank You" to everyone who helped make Fizz Friday the success it was.

Nanny Bears Day Care Centre for sponsoring, BBC Radio Tees presenter Rachel Teate for hosting, a hilarious routine from stand-up comedian Elaine Robertson, an insight into women's football came from Ben Fisher (General Manager) and Abby Tower (defender) from Middlesbrough FC Women, further entertainment from George Williamson Soul and Motown Tribute Artist and Vegas Entertainment Hire.

We started it, Middlesbrough FC continued it at Watford FC this afternoon and let's hope Middlesbrough FC Women round off an excellent weekend in their FAWNL Plate game at Sutton Coldfield Town on Sunday.

Today we say a very sad goodbye to our lovely nursery in Brotton thank you for all the support we have enjoyed a lovely 9 years at Brotton and we will continue with our Nanny Bears Story and Family at Redcar and Dormanstown thank you everyone for the kind messages xx

NANNY BEARS NURSERY BROTTON ONLY

All The Team at Nanny Bears Nursey are very sad to announce the closure of our nursery at Brotton this is due to our children numbers been so low and have been since Covid times this together with the schools offering funded and paying places to all 2 and 3 years olds we can no longer sustain our nursery in Brotton.

All our staff will be redeployed at our Redcar and Dormanstown Nurseries.

Thank you to all the families who have supported us over the years this is an end of a chapter for Nanny Bears at Brotton but the book continues if you do need childcare and you travel by Redcar or Dormanstown to work please contact us to arrange a nursery visit you will not be disappointed 🐻🐻🐻

Brotton Nursery will be open as usual untill 12th May 2023

Our babies had fun last week exploring Elmer the Elephant 🐘 using their fine motor skills to make Elmer colourful again 😊

Our theme this week is 🇨🇳Chinese New Year🐲 We explored Chinese culture through all of our senses - smell, touch, sight, textures and movement👣👁. We found out that our baby room really like a Chicken Chow Mein👶 😍 We tasted different foods and even made traditional foods. We were even lucky enough to have a special visit from this years Zodiac Animal (year of the Rabbit).
