Celebrating Sensei Max’s 7th Dan achievement, after a sweaty night’s training in the dojo! Congratulations, once again we are very proud of your achievement and dedication to your training & teaching 🙏🏼

I must say how proud I am of Honor and Norah who represented the Shropshire karate academy at the European Gassuku in Wageningen in Holland. They both trained very hard and had a great time. Many thanks also to all the senior instructors who did a terrific job teaching and supporting everyone. Finally a big thank you to Alison and Ryan for their help and support 🥋👊🏼🙏🏼

Nine years ago today we opened Shropshire Goju Ryu Karate Academy for our young students… so many terrific times and great memories… long may they continue 🥋😄👍🏼
