ROADWORKS @ WOODLAND HOUSE

There are currently roadworks directly outside the Village Hall Car Park. The road through Beoley is closed at this point.

The work men have advised all parents dropping at the Nursery this morning to park at the road closure and walk into Nursery.

Please do take extra care at this time.

MONDAY MORNING NEWS🥳

As you may be aware, Chessgrove park had an unannounced ofsted visit from two inspectors and a full inspection on 08/05/2025. We are delighted to say that they once again maintained their ofsted outstanding grading. Chessgrove park has been consecutively outstanding since it opened in 2006.

The inspection was triggered following an anonymous concern reported to Ofsted, which meant that we were inspected by two regulatory Ofsted inspectors, without notice.
Whilst we are extremely proud of the outcome of this inspection, we recognise that being outstanding doesn’t make us perfect everyday! There may be times you feel that we could do better. We are always happy to meet with and listen to anyone who wishes to share their feedback and experiences with us.

This is a huge acheivement for Kerry, Katie and the whole team and I am sure you will join us in congratulating them on this very well deserved outcome.

As many of you will be aware, Chessgrove Park have had an unannounced OFSTED inspection today. We would like to thank all of the parents who gave feedback today and for their continued support as always. I am sure you will agree with us that we have the most fantastic team across all of our Nurseries which we are very proud of☺️.

Just one of todays many learning opportunities in our Pre school room at Tudor Hall.
We are getting our school leavers prepared for school and all of our activities are encouraging them to be as ready as they can be.
Some key learning opportunities in this particular activity are:
Name recognition & letter formations, recognising colours, being independent, fine motor skills & pincer grasp of tools, boosting our self esteem and confidence, being able to make decisions and choose what we want, being able to focus on an activity for an extended amount of time & much more.
