On Tuesday we had a wonderful exclusive visit to Dodford Children's Farm

A small group of young people having the chance to socialise together in a relaxed environment where what we did was led by them.

We started with a play on the play areas, we got chance to meet and feed Snowy the Donkey, the sheep, the pig, the ponies frisbee and bear and the goats all before we proceeded to the chickens and ducks, handling the tortoises, the bunnies and the Guinea pigs.
We had a brief rest for lunch together, some played in the mud kitchen and water play others went back to the play areas before finishing off our day with some den building in the soft play to keep the adults out.

Teamwork, sharing, planning and socialisation all without thinking about it, another a fantastic session.

So sad to tell our followers of the loss of two of our lovely animals within 24 hours of each other. Holly the cat and Sunny the donkey have given such pleasure to visitors, staff and volunteers and will be sorely missed and remembered fondly 💔
