Pony & Panda Nursery at Petts Wood

We are very excited to announce our new setting opening September 2nd 2024!!

We are also delighted to announce the change of our name. We are no longer Petts Wood Mandarin-English Preschool. We are now Pony and panda nursery.

We are inviting public to come along to our first open evening held at our new branch in Wimbledon. Everyone is welcome!

We love how freely our children are. They explore paint using their own thoughts of way.

Our children enjoy the pleasure feeling of the slimy paint on their hands. They were here for a long period of time enjoying the feeling.

They then took themselves to the toilet area for hand washing. Taking their time using soap and water, watching the paint fade away.

We had a very special visit to our preschool.

Millie had so much fun seeing all the children’s faces. She enjoyed all the cuddles and lots of treat feeding 🐶

This week learning topic: Nocturnal animals.

As part of our space theme it is only right to learn about nocturnal animals. Observing their habitats.

Todays activities:

🦔 playdough
✂️ cutting nocturnal animals for our headbands
🧽 🖼️ 🦇 sponge painting bats, using different materials to leave marks
🦉 counting and number recognition

We are please to announce we have received another 5* food hygiene rating today 🌟

Today we are taking a trip to the Galaxy.

Look how beautiful our Galaxy is. 🪐 🌟 🚀

We have a galaxy theme sensory play which is edible to eat.

Practice our cutting skills by cutting around 8 planets.

Using water paint to paint our very own planets by mixing colours and observing the effect. Also observing different painting materials and ways to use it.
