Hello lovely people, I’m just wondering if there would be any Interest in a Friday Morning Yoga Class in Bromborough?

I’m considering starting a gentle Friday morning yoga class at 9:30am, perfect for easing into the weekend with calm and clarity. The class would be suitable for complete beginners as well as those with some experience looking to deepen their practice in a relaxed and supportive environment.

Whether you’re hoping to stretch out, build strength, or simply take some time for yourself, this could be a beautiful way to begin your Fridays.
