Hi everyone, there will be no Pilates class on bank holiday Monday 29th August usually on at 9:45 @ scouts hut next to St Barnabas Church, Bromborough. This is also the case for the 6pm class at Lady mount school, Portal Road in Pensby.

Hi everyone, I know that times have been extremely difficult for us all during lockdown and I hope that everybody is keeping safe. I am pleased to announce that I will be starting up my own online classes next week. Hi everyone, in light of the current situation, it is with great sadness that my Bromborough and Heswall class will be temporarily cancelled until further notice.

During these difficult times it is important to keep fit and healthy. I will be running online classes for anybody who is interested in training from home.

We are offering a package of four 30 minute online classes for £5.
