Announcement for returning students 📢

We hope you enjoyed the summer holidays and are now looking forward to starting a new academic year.

The new term starts for returning students on Monday 7 September at 9:00 am.

Here’s what you need to know:
👉 Timetables will be available from Saturday 5 September.
👉On the Student Portal, you will be able to update your medical details (if needed).
👉 Remember to reapply for your 2026/27 Bursaries.
👉 Don't forget to sign your learner agreement and student code of conduct.
👉 Make sure you check your college email and Canvas notifications regularly for important updates.

It’s not too late to join Brock this September.

If you’ve received your GCSE results but are still unsure what to do next, you still have options, and our team is here to help.

Our late applicant appointments are available on:

🗓️ Friday 28 August
🗓️ Tuesday 1 September

To attend, simply submit an online application and then book an appointment through your Applicant Portal. At your appointment, we’ll discuss your results and course options, answer your questions and help you decide on the right next step for you.

Oliver Canning is celebrating his A Level results, achieving AAB in Law, History and Politics and securing his place at Durham University to study Law🙌

He says the support from his teachers helped him push his marks into the higher grade boundaries, with access to past papers and regular feedback helping him refine his answers.

One of his highlights was debating at the Oxford Union, where he had the opportunity to take part in a formal debate. Another standout achievement was becoming Students’ Union Vice President, a role that helped him develop his leadership and teamwork skills.

Oliver recommends Brock for its “phenomenal” facilities and location, as well as the opportunity to learn from teachers with genuine professional experience.

Well done, we wish you all the best at Durham University and with your future ambition to become a barrister✨
