This week is Children’s Mental Health Week, run by the brilliant children’s mental health charity Place2Be. This year’s theme is ‘my voice matters’, and the aim of the week is to help children and young people use their voices to feel heard, and in turn, equip them with the tools they need to express themselves and support their mental health and wellbeing.
