The children wanted to make their own play dough... so we gave them the ingredients and let them get stuck in! 😄

And as you can see, that’s exactly what they did!! 😆💛

You don’t always need paper to practise your drawing skills! 😄🎨

The children decided to get creative using the water from the tuff tray, and the nursery fence as their canvas. They had lots of fun comparing their creations before they magically disappeared and it was time to start all over again! 🤩✨

We had a lovely visit from BCP’s Road Safety team last week 🚦😊

The children learned all about staying safe near roads, using crossings properly, and what traffic lights mean – with lots of chatting and joining in along the way.

It’s always great when learning is this fun and hands-on! A big thank you to the team for coming to visit us 💛

Sadly, this big old tree had to be taken down in the garden… but the children are thrilled to bits with the stump it left behind for them to play on! 😄🌳

Since then, it’s been a stage, a table, a pirate ship, a shop, base of operations 👀… pretty much whatever they’ve needed it to be that day. 😅

We’ve been busy making our very own fruit rockets – lots of chopping, stacking, and a good bit of taste-testing along the way 😄

Everyone was so excited to welcome Jody, our new chef – and she won us all over on day one with her tasty chicken and vegetable rice!

She’s put together a brilliant menu full of all the good stuff the children need – they’re loving it… and so are we! 😄

The children had a brilliant time on Friday, practicing their football skills – lots of kicking, chasing, scoring (and a fair bit of running after the ball too 😄)

We headed off to Dorchester yesterday for our inset day – and safe to say, we made the most of it! 😅

It was brilliant spending the day with our friends from Dorchester, Bridport and Honiton. There was lots to get through (important training, updates, all the good stuff), but plenty of laughs too! 😆

We also heard all about our new private healthcare cover (fancy, right? 😀) and then finished things off nicely with some yoga and mindfulness… 🧘‍♀️💛

Preschool and Toddlers had a brilliant trip to the park – just look at all those smiles! 😀

There was walking, running, skipping, jumping… rocking, swinging, sliding, climbing… you name it, we did it! 🛝💛

We even managed to dodge the rain! 😅☔️
