Another great morning for Broadstairs Business Club yesterday at Thanet Squash Rackets Club.

We heard an update following Tobias Three Peaks Challenge, along with news of the Caremark Thanet, Dover and Canterbury Charity Football Match at Ramsgate FC on 20th September.

There were also updates around upcoming local events, including David's Votta Sales and Lettings property investor and landlord event.

Everyone had the chance to congratulate Amanda Nicholls as she celebrates an impressive five years in business today! 🎉

We also talked about the club itself and some of the businesses and professions we’d love to see represented by new members. South East Kent has an incredibly varied business community and we’re always keen to bring more of it into the room.

We had the usual committee updates of course and a few well-deserved thank yous, there was plenty happening around the room.

The main part of yesterday’s meeting was then handed over to the members, with round-table discussions around the successes, challenges and problems we’re currently facing in business.

It made for some brilliant conversations. Sharing the wins is great, but being able to openly talk about what isn’t going quite so smoothly, hear different perspectives and get advice from people who have faced similar situations is every bit as valuable.

Another enjoyable morning of conversation, support and plenty of ideas being shared around the room.

As Work Experience Season Comes to a Close 👩‍🎓
