Circus Training Space

Get high on mid life! A special 5 week aerial skills course for anyone experience menopause starts in our Circus Training Space on the 23rd April.
Over 5 weeks you will have the chance to explore and try a range of aerial kit: silks, rope and trapeze. The course will be a gentle, low pressure introduction with teaching from the foundations up - no prior experience necessary. If you have some experience of aerial, you are very welcome if the theme appeals to you.

Aerial can build strength, mobility, coordination, confidence, and can be so much fun - if you enjoyed swinging and hanging upside down as a kid, this is the chance to re-find that joy as an adult!

The course costs £110, book through Book When: https://bookwhen.com/maddieaerial =ev-sl49y-20260423183000
