Over 44% of UK organisations now use AI every day. But most people are picking it up as they go, through trial and error or a quick search when they get stuck.

A new Skills England report looked at why so much AI training falls flat, and the answer was not lack of interest. People want to get better at this. What is usually missing is training that fits the actual job, rather than a generic course that sits apart from the work.

The report lays out what good AI training should look like: practical, easy to access, built into the way teams already work, and able to grow with you over time.

That is how we have always built our programmes, from the Level 4 AI and Automation Practitioner apprenticeship through to our Level 5 AI Leadership units for senior teams. We shape the training around your people and your priorities, not the other way around.
