POV: What do I do when it's too hot to bake?
After one too many crying sessions over drooping cakes, I learned my lesson the hard way from past heatwaves. Melting buttercream and ganache is just not worth the stress and anxiety! 🙅‍♀️ Taking a much-needed break.

Main thing I came out to shop for was the Trio Sugar... Granulated,Caster and Icing Sugar the the Chocolate chips, the rest ..... Saves me from going elsewhere..
