We’re an adventurous, progressive outdoor kindergarten with a strong focus on child-led free play and nature connection.

Role highlights:

• 4 days a week (Mon–Thu), term time only (38 weeks) 3 days would also be considered

• Rota includes at least one early start (7:30am) and one later finish (5:45pm)

• £13.50 - £14.30/hr + holiday pay (equivalent £14.57–£15.41/hr)

• Start date - Sept 2026

• Closing date: Sunday 14th June Midnight

🍎The children in Brislington visited their local Woodcroft Community Orchard, in Downend they celebrated Beltane with a fire and in Stapleton they got the saw horse out to make medallions.🍏

🍁✨At Out There Kindergartens, our Forest School Holiday Club in Bristol provides children aged 4–9 with a safe and joyful space to explore, play, and connect with nature during the school holidays.🍁✨

🌲🌲 Through outdoor adventures and creative activities, we provide high-quality school holiday childcare that helps children build confidence, make friends, and discover the wonders of the natural world—all under the guidance of our experienced forest school leaders and forest school assistants.🌲🌲

🍄🍄 Children go off site to Nightingale Valley Woods in the mornings and then spend their afternoons in free play at Eastwinds Activity Centre, St Anne's Terrace.🍄🍄

⏰🎟 We are open from 08:00 to 17:30, Monday - Thursday. The price includes a healthy morning and afternoon snack, depending on the session booked.⏰🎟

FULL DAY 08:00 - 17:30 £40.00

SCHOOL DAY 09:00 - 15:30 £34.50

We are looking for people to join our bank staff in Downend. Ideally you'll live locally to Lincombe Barn , BS16 2RW and are happy to be contacted at short notice.

We are also looking for a reliable person who can help on an adhoc basis with our after school club which runs from 15.30 until 17.30.
