We're looking forward to seeing all of you tomorrow as usual (but feel free to come a bit earlier because the Hall is free already at 7:30pm, apparently!).

Tomorrow, we'll learn a couple of our favourite dips variations, together with sharpening your spins technique, followers 😉 we absolutely loved preparing for this class and can't share it all with you! 🤩

⚠️Class Cancelled Tonight⚠️

Hey everyone! We're really sorry but due to a frustratingly persistent illness we're going to cancel the class tonight 😞

However the hall is booked, and if you wanted to use the space for any personal practice you're very welcome to organise something together between 7:45pm and 9:45pm.

The door code is 0107 and you'd probably want to bring a speaker for music as the sound system is normally locked.

Sorry again for the last minute announcement! We were really hoping to be in a better shape today!
