I’m always so inspired by the gorgeous patterns and colours that our students bring through the BUC studio doors 🤩
So if you’re struggling with inspo for your next upholstery project, here are some ideas to get those creative juices flowing:
1. This striking geometric fabric is from Linwood Fabric
2. This native Indian feather fabric is made by REDBRICK
3. One of our funky eco footstools made from a Kirkby Design collab with Jon Burgerman
4. Is another nursing chair in this printed Linwood Fabric made specifically for one of our pregnant students nursery!
5. A small curved chair upholstered in a Saint & Poet Upholstery Fabric funky fabric!
6. This beautiful French floor cushion was made on one of our courses and uses a striking floral fabric by Kaffe Fassett Studio - I love the pink buttons!
7. This was a design by one of our students! A printed velvet that I am such a fan of - those colours 😍!!
8. This was a student from one of our leisure courses. They decided to upholster their nursing chair in this incredible green fabric by Angel&BohoHome
9. An amusf students Japanese inspired Parker knoll. Fabrics from Saint & Poet Upholstery Fabric , Kintsu & Mori collections with a Linwood Fabric cream to match the accents
10. Another AMUSF Official students upholstered box in Emma J Shipley silver back linen fabric as well as her velvet for the textured outside 🤩

12. A Sherlock Holmes inspired Parker knoll arm chair with GP & J Baker from Jane Clayton & Company as well as a beautiful velvet by Morris & Co. and finished with a pair of old hunting trousers for the wings and arm fronts! Proper Sherlock homes vibes!!
