👋 A bit about me…I’m a therapeutic practitioner using creative arts to nurture holistic wellbeing and mental health.

I am a qualified play therapist and have over 10 years’ experience of supporting young people through creative education, mentoring, performing arts workshops and therapeutic work.

I am also a writer, researching and creating content on themes of emotional health and wellbeing.

The aim of all my work is to facilitate reconnection with self, others and the world around us - opening a gateway to resilience 🌱
