A Naturally Sustainable Project Zoom Conference was how this afternoon to discuss the progress made by partners on the agreed objectives after our fourth transnational meeting in Russia Italy.

Work on Result 1 is proceeding well!

A collaborative video session n has just taken place with partners working on the development of Result 1: Guide for Before the Transnational Internship Modules (APRECA)
M1: Finding an internship that matches your requirements & the added value of a transnational internship (EPNG)
M2: Preparing for the host company – cultural considerations, logistical considerations, linguistic considerations (APRECA)
M3: Evaluating your competences and identifying areas for development (EUAS)

Draft versions are being finalised, key links to additional resources are being collated and a storyboard for each of the 3 modules is being developed ready for TM3 in Toulouse in June 2024/

Internal Evaluation Results after TM4 in Brussels

The C4T consortium held the final zoom conference to finalise all details for the C4T final report for the German national agency. This was poignant moment. Partners are proud of the work completed in this project and so pleased to see it made available to others. However, this is also a sad moment because it represents the end of a working partnership between the three partner organisations on such an important topic.

What does the future hold? One of the elements that came out in our feedback questionnaires which was sent out to external organisations was in need for tools to support the C4T action plan. This could lead to a future project proposal in the coming months.

C4T Conferences

All three C4T end of project conferences have now been completed in Germany, Ireland, and Portugal. A C4T Resources Kit was created for the conferences, including information about the project, the results, and direct links to access a draft version of the action plan in all three languages.

C4T Tasks Post TM3 in Berlin
Following the final transnational meeting in Berlin, the C4T partners established a list of objectives with deadlines to be completed over the coming weeks. This will ensure a positive end of the project and the achievement of all initial objectives. Link to the agreed objectives.: https://bit.ly/3TpkCnm

At the recent Zoom Conference, partners gave a short report on progress made. The C4T Action Plan is now finalised and partners are now looking at the formatting of the plan. In relation to the C4 T graphic charter. The end of project conferences were discussed and the final transnational meeting planned.

Zusätzliche Forschung mit Azubis aus Deutschland, Irland und Portugal

Auf Anregung der deutschen Nationalen Agentur haben die C4-Partner beschlossen, ihre Untersuchungen über die Einstellung der Unternehmen zum transnationalen Lernen am Arbeitsplatz zu erweitern, indem sie Auszubildende, die an dieser Art von Erfahrung teilgenommen haben, nach ihren Ansichten über die Herausforderungen bei der Suche nach einem geeigneten Gastunternehmen befragen.

Das C4-Projekt erhielt von der deutschen Nationalen Agentur eine positive Rückmeldung zum Projektzwischenbericht. Positiv hervorzuheben ist u.a. "die intensive Zusammenarbeit aller Partner und das geschaffene Arbeitsklima sowie der Umgang mit Abweichungen".

The C4 project received a favourable response to the interim project report from the German national agency. One of the comments was ‘the intensive cooperation of all partners and the working atmosphere created as well as the handling of deviations can also be positively highlighted’.
