And so it begins… get excited Bank Leaze! 💙

We are very excited to have the Balloon Fiesta come to school tomorrow! We will be helping them set up the balloon, watching it take flight and then help put it away - what an experience! It is going to be beautiful weather and we will be sure to take lots of pictures to share with you. We don't any children to miss out so please make sure they are on time tomorrow as this is happening first thing in the morning!

School is open for pupils tomorrow and Monday instead of INSET. We know this won’t please everyone and we’re sorry about that 💙 we just feel, for those who may have found school being closed unexpectedly hard and out of routine it’s best to open. We’re very grateful to staff who have worked hard to get all of their INSET learning done so this is possible! We will of course continue to be mindful of the effects of heat and following our hot weather risk assessment. We will be having a relaxed day, come on in for some fun! Non uniform cool clothing is fine. See you tomorrow 💙 We have sent an email saying this too.

Lots more packed lunches available today! As per our email, these are available to all families today! Please come and collect them before 11am today from the school office! You are very welcome to whatever you need 💙🍑🍌🍊🍪

Lots of spare packed lunches- thanks so much to our kitchen staff. These can be collected by anyone who would like a bit of extra food today. Come up before 4pm to collect as many as you need.

Free school meal grab bags are available in school both today and tomorrow (Wednesday and Thursday). These will be available to collect from 8am until 11:30am each day at the office.

These are for families who are entitled to universal free school meals. If you are not sure if this is you, or if you know it's not you but you would like them for your family pop us an email into the [email protected] account and we will get this sorted for you.

CLOSING EARLY TODAY:
A reminder that school is closing at 1.30pm today due to the very high temperatures forecast.
Nursery and Pre School are open for the morning session and close at 11:45am.
Children will receive their lunch as normal before they go home.

We’ve just sent an email to say…dress cool for the weather this week in PE kit, sun hat and sunscreen. We will have indoor provision for the children at playtime if they want it. Plenty of water and cool thoughts to get us through the week too! ☀️🌞🕶️
