They came, they ran, they conquered! A wonderful sports day for our school today! Thank you to all the families who came and supported. Thank you to the team who put on a wonderful event for EYFS/KS1, our sports day ‘All Stars’ and KS2. A super time was had by all and we are very proud of everyone. The winning team will be announced in assembly tomorrow! 💙🌈🏃‍♂️🏃🏽‍♀️🏅💙👏

We are wishing Mrs Iqbal all the luck in the world as she prepares to leave for Hajj. We are thankful she has this opportunity, which is an important part of her faith. We look forward to hearing and learning more about her journey when she returns. Mrs Iqbal has kindly offered to take any prayers or thoughts from our school family to Hajj with her. If you would like to send in any requests please do this before Friday either with your child, to Mrs Iqbal or via the [email protected] account. This is open to all families and faiths 💙

We were so lucky to have a visit from a local Imam last week. The Imam told us all about Eid which is coming up and what this festival means to Muslims. It was so interesting for our whole school to come together to learn more about things that are special in our community 💙

Food bags ready to go out today! This is our new food pantry at OABL that we are trialling. Grab your food bag for £3 on MCAS (only a few remaining for this week!). Bags will include over £10 worth of food, including a few extra bits from carshare too. 💙
