The BBC recently released an article/video on how The English National Opera has been helping people living with long Covid symptoms. You don't have to be a 'singer' to see the benefits, you don't even have to be confident in holding a tune. Through singing, you can experience happy feelings by the....

Really looking forward to our Bristol singing students performing next weekend at our first ever online showcase session! It's a shame we didn't get to do it at a venue as we'd hoped but there will be time for that in the future. It's great that we still get to see each other and sing though! To find out about singing lessons or about our online showcase email [email protected]

Hi all!

It’s ready!! Thank you so much to all who got involved, it’s been really lovely to see your videos come in. Sorry it took a while, it was a challenge to work out how to put lots of videos together playing at the same time. It has certainly been a learning curve! Thank you to our tutors Bernii, Flo and Jacinda who got involved and also a special thanks to Rose who worked so hard on the editing. I hope you all like it!

The video is actually being released at a great time as it has been mental health awareness week and I feel like now, more than ever we need to be looking after ourselves and considerate towards each other. I hope that this video brings some smiles to round the week off.

The link to the video is: https://youtu.be/R3pZNj80xVs We have permissions from all performers so please feel free to share far and wide!!

As you know this video has been put together free of charge as the main aim of this was to create some positivity and togetherness in such strange times! However, as you can probably imagine, that although we are still delivering online lessons, our tutors have taken a significant drop in income due to the fact that we are not confident that it is safe to deliver face to face sessions at the moment and lots of people are unsure on what the future holds with regards to jobs etc. If you enjoy the video and are in a position to do so, any donations to https://www.paypal.com/cgi-bin/webscr?cmd=_s-xclick&hosted_button_id=V8Y73L95TXX3Q&source=url will go to our tutors and will be much appreciated!

Over the next few weeks we are intending on putting together some live showcase performances where singers can invite friends and family to watch. If you are interested in getting involved/performing. Please let me know!

Thanks again everyone and stay safe.

xx
