🏫 As we come to the end of our wonderful school year, we hold our Annual PTA AGM.

Our AGM (Annual General Meeting) is a meeting we hold once a year to tell our school community how things have gone over the past year and what the plans are for the future.

Attending an AGM gives you a chance to:
• Stay informed about what’s happening in the PTA
• Have your voice heard by asking questions or raising concerns.
• Vote on important decisions that affect the PTA
• Help shape the future by contributing ideas and supporting good decisions.

New PTA committee members are encouraged so please come along and show your support and enthusiasm.

Pop it in your diaries and come along to hear about all the wonderful things your committee do for your children and the school community.

Your PTA have worked incredibly hard to put on a wonderful event for our school community and we have some wonderful attractions for you to enjoy.

We understand the weather is due to be a scorcher!!!! We have a well stocked bar of soft and alcohol beverages available.

Please bring what ever sunshade you need to stay safe and as cool as you can and lots of sun cream.

Entrance is via the MAIN FRONT gates only.

At the gate you will be greeted by some familiar faces (our teaching staff) who will stamp you on arrival, provide you with the map and itinerary and welcome you in.

If you have paid and booked already, please have your email confirmation to hand to show the teachers and if you are paying on the gate please have your CASH at the ready. (No card payments will be available on the gate for entry)

Raffle tickets will also be available to purchase on the gate and at the bar during the event.

Live raffle draw will take place at 6pm!!
